We are currently accepting enrolment applications for Year 7, 2026. The closing date is Friday 16 August 2024.
Limited places available for Year 7, 2025.
1. Enrolment Form Submission
Parents/guardians must complete an enrolment form for prospective students. The enrolment form must be completed online here. Alternatively, a hard copy may be collected from the College Reception. A non-refundable application fee of $100 must accompany the enrolment form.
Please ensure that the following documents are attached to the Enrolment Form (as applicable to your child):
- Birth certificate
- Immunisation history statement
- Baptism certificate (if applicable)
- Consent to contact previous school
- Australian passport or naturalisation certificate number/document for travel if country of birth is not Australia
- Visa information – visa grant notice/ImmiCard/letter of notification and passport photo page
- Medical Management Plan signed by a relevant medical practitioner
- All relevant information and reports concerning additional needs of your child
- Any current court orders or parenting orders relating your child
- Any additional information you wish the College to be aware of
2. Enrolment Interviews
The College will contact the family during September 2024 to attend an interview. The interview must be attended by the student and at least one parent/guardian.
3. Offers
Friday 18th October 2024 - Offers will be posted out to families.
4. Acceptance of Offer
Friday 8th November 2024 - The final date for families to accept Year 7, 2026 offers.
Please note that by submitting an enrolment form, your child is not guaranteed a place at Penola Catholic College. Offers will be made in line with our Enrolment Policy
Once students are enrolled at Penola Catholic College, they are eligible to re-enrol each year.
16 August 2024 | Applications close. Enrolment Forms must be received by the College. |
18 October 2024 | Letters of Offer will be sent to families. |
8 November 2024 | Final date for families to accept offer from College. |
Applicants currently in Years 7-12 are welcome to apply for a place at Penola Catholic College throughout the year.
Please complete an enrolment form along with the required documents:
- Latest school report
- Birth certificate
- Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
- Immunisation History Statement
- If the students was born overseas, a copy of Permanent Residency documents (Visa)
An Application Fee of $100 must also accompany the enrolment form.
Once the application has been summitted and processed, you and your child will be invited in for an interview with our Deputy Principal. If an offer is made, an Acceptance Fee of $120 is required to confirm the offer.
If there is not an immediate vacancy, your child will be placed on a waiting list.
Once students are enrolled at Penola Catholic College, they are eligible to re-enrol each year.

This application form is only for international parents studying or planning to study in Victoria and who wish to enrol their child in a school governed and operated by MACS.
This form should be completed for the following visa sub-classes:
- 500 Student - Higher Education Sector
- 500 Student - Vocational Education and Training (VET)
- 500 Student - ELICOS
- 500 Student - Non-Award
Dependent Full Fee Paying Overseas Student Application Information
Generally, a person who is aged over 18 years must not be enrolled at, or allowed to attend, a MACS school, or participate in any program or course conducted unless they:
- have been granted an exemption by the MACS Executive Director or delegate
- fall within an exception to the maximum age requirements.
