Home groups are pivotal units within the College. Home group teachers and Year Level Co-ordinators work to promote the wellbeing of all students.

To ensure that no one child is overlooked each student is assigned a home group teacher who takes personal interest in them and is the first point of contact for parents. Transition Programs are designed to support new students entering the school to settle quickly and happily into their new environment.

All members are encouraged to show leadership by accepting responsibility for their own work and behaviour and for creating a safe, caring and productive environment for all. Our student leadership structure provides opportunities for students to exercise more specific leadership roles in the College.

Training is provided for students elected to official positions such as College Captains, College Vice Captains, House Captains and Student Council members. Captains are also appointed in areas such as Public Speaking, Christian Service and Music. Additional opportunities for leadership exist through the Peer Support and Co-Curricular Programs run within the College.

The College has in place a well structured Positive Relations Policy recognising the rights and responsibilities of all members of our community. This structure is underpinned by the Restorative Practices philosophy.
